Meet Dr. Brusatti

Robert Brusatti, O.D., is a board-certified, fellowship-trained optometrist at Ophthalmology Associates serving patients in the St. Louis area. Dr. Brusatti specializes in medical optometry and has an interest in dry eyes, glaucoma, ocular allergies, diabetes and cataract care.

Dr. Brusatti received an undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri-St. Louis where he majored in Biology and Chemistry, followed by a degree from its School of Optometry, graduating as a member of Beta Sigma Kappa, an International Optometric Honor Society. In 1995 he started working with Dr. Berdy and his staff, initially helping to build a premier FDA Clinical Studies site bringing new ocular treatments and devices for various eye conditions into Eyecare. His post-graduate journey led to a one-year accredited Fellowship in Ocular Disease. He expanded his office hours to offer patient care while still working with another ophthalmology practice and opening his own private practice. In 2014, he decided to leave the other practice and close his private practice to dedicate all of his focus at Ophthalmology Associates on Medical Optometry with special interest in dry eyes, glaucoma, macular degeneration, ocular allergies, diabetes and cataract care. He is available to see patients at all three of our office locations.

Dr. Brusatti was born and raised on “The Hill” in St. Louis. He is a 1984 graduate from Bishop DuBorg High School. Dr. Brusatti has remained true to his Hill Heritage, where he resides with his family. He is happily married and has two wonderful children. He and his family are parishioners of St. Ambrose Catholic Church and are very active with The Hill Community.
