Meet Dr. Malhotra

Milan R. Malhotra, M.D. is a residency-trained ophthalmologist at Ophthalmology Associates, primarily located at the Des Peres and St. Charles locations. Dr. Malhotra specializes in cataract management, refractive surgery, and ocular surface disease.

He was raised in St. Louis, where his father practiced ophthalmology, and attended Parkway West High School. He then completed his undergraduate education, medical degree, and ophthalmology residency in 10 years at the University of Missouri – Kansas City (UMKC). He returned to his hometown of St. Louis in 2026 to join his father at Ophthalmology Associates, where he is eager to serve those in the greater St. Louis area.
