We are now offering telehealth visits for certain medical conditions with your eye doctor during the COVID-19 pandemic. Having a “virtual” visit from the comfort of your home can be a great way to provide treatment and keep you safe.
If you are experiencing a medical eye issue, you may be eligible for a telehealth visit. Our eye doctors will do an online consultation via a secure email link and bill the visit to your medical insurance, just like a standard in-person visit to our office.
Give us a call today. All we need is your name and a brief description of the issue you’re experiencing to determine if you are a candidate for this service. We will take your insurance information right over the phone and get you scheduled with a doctor on call in your area.

What if I’m not a current patient of your practice?
If you have a medical eye emergency our doctors are here to serve you from the comfort of your home. If you are experiencing a medical eye issue, you may be eligible for a telehealth visit.
How will I talk to the doctor during this visit?
A computer or smartphone with a camera is required to complete this consultation with our doctors. The visit is initiated via a secure link that is emailed to the email address you provide. If you do not have access to a computer or smartphone we suggest working with a friend or family member you may be with at this time.
What if I don’t have a computer or smartphone?
If you do not have access to a computer or smartphone or do not wish to have a telehealth visit, our team will share the details of your complaint to the doctor on call for his or her opinion on recommended next steps.

Telehealth visits are available for scheduling from 7am – 5:30pm, Monday – Friday. If you have an urgent medical issue outside of these hours that cannot wait, select regions do have after hours care available; call your local office for more details. Please note that with the way COVID-19 is changing our business daily these services may or may not be available during alternate hours and may change anytime.
